Hi. The formula has definitely helped with my GERD symptoms. I find that I still need to eat simple foods and avoid coffe etc - although did manage to eat spicy Indian food with wine and didn't get any symptoms! I am still trying to find the right balance but am feeling better generally as a result of the fibre and fish oil. I am currently taking 1 tablespoon of fibre and two of fish oil - I think I may still need to increase this.

This has already greatly improved my quality of life.

Thanks!!

Hi Joe,
I would like to thankyou SO very much for offering this info to free. Over the past 7 years, I have tried so many treatments for daily acid - apple cider vinegar, manuka honey, aloevera, all available drugs etc and spent a fortune. Your formula made sense to try and so I have been taking this for only two weeks and have definitely found that my heartburn and acid is mostly relieved - THANKYOU SO MUCH.
Unfortunately, I do have other longterm digestive issues also and so still suffer with these until I find an answer for them - but the heartburn/acid really on top of these was too much to bear, so I am truly grateful to feel something is working for these after so many past disappointments.
I Thank you so very much, Joe. Thank goodness for people like you who truly want to help others!! Thanks again.

The formula worked wonderfully for the first 2 weeks. I'm experiencing the sypmtoms again though. I did just find out that I'm pregnant and wonder if this combination is ok to continue while pregnant?

Joe’s response:
Hi Christi,

It should be completely safe for a pregnant woman. As a matter of fact, one of the individuals in an early trial used it for her extreme GERD symptoms during pregnancy and it alleviated her pain. She was very, very happy to have an answer.

That being said, PLEASE TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR AND ASK IF THEY THINK IT'S OKAY FOR YOU. As I mention in one of the articles on the site, every person is different, so your symptoms will vary from another persons. Related, of course, is the fact that you're now pregnant, which is probably why your symptoms worsened. You may just need to increase your dosages. I would suggest starting with increasing the fish oil first. Quality fish oil is GREAT for babies. It's great for everyone so long as it's been stripped of mercury, lead, antibiotics, PCB's, and food dyes. The quality fish oil products shouldn't have any of that stuff. Your doctor should agree with that.

Never hesitate to ask me if you have any other questions.

Hi Joe:

Thanks for checking on me. Yes, I do feel a whole lot better. Haven't had to take Maalox for quite a while. I'm not too keen on the liquid fish oil so I switched to two capsules a day and that seems to be working just fine. And I love the regularity - that really is a bonus. I'm so thankful that you made this available to people like me. God bless you in your work!

Doug

I thank the lord Jesus christ for you and your remedy. Been on it approximately one week feeling great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sent from my iPhone

Hi - I am hours away from leaving for a vacation cruise, and guess what I'm putting together? A bag full of Psyllium!

I have felt generally lousy, tired, and full of pain right in the center of my ribs and upper back for what seems like forever. My stomach was terribly distended, full of gas, and painful. A few years back, a gastro doc told me I had acid reflux after a episode that landed me in the hospital. The regular Protonix, etc. didn't seem to do much, and I didn't want to take them long term.

Many symptoms where the same this time, I saw my regular doc, and nothing came back from regular testing - I decided to try the combination you recommended after finding what seemed like thousands of products to buy on the net.

I must say, the symptoms seemed to subside after a few days - I was also being very careful about not eating to much at one meal, which really triggers problems for me, so that could have helped.

I did stop for a couple of days after I was feeling better - and, yes, felt symptoms returning. I also tried taking the fish oil early, and then the psyllium in the evening when I had more time - this doesn't seem to be as effective.

A totally bland almost fasting diet seems to help symptoms subside - but this is almost impossible in the real world - I need something that will help me as I try to eat regular, healthy meals, and enjoy life.

I plan to continue taking the supplements because I have read they are good for me in general. Have you heard of any problems with long term use? I was taking Cascara for better bowel function, but it seems the Psyllium helps with that also.

Thanks so much for this information - your book looks interesting. I think you will be blessed by sharing, and helping without pushing for money. Peace - Faith

Hi Joe

Thanks again for sharing your great relief formula, such a blessing.

I have only been doing it about a week since i had a trip out of town right after getting the formula from you. It is amazing. I too experienced almost immediate relief (2 days) from the apparent symptoms of belching and burning and have continued to experience a reduction in esophageal spasms which alot of us aren't even aware we are having but as the ulcers heal the spasms abate - thank God! I am continuing to play with when to take them but the amounts seem fine for me. I have already been able to tolerate pizza and spaghetti with only minor symptoms!!! yeah!!!!

thanks again, and be sure that I will be sharing this information also!

Hi joe just wanted to tell you that Im still getting some pain off and on threw the day ...been taking 8 pills a day of the fish pill and 5 pills a day of the fiber...going to GNC health food store to get the liquid kind of fish oil and try that

thanks Richard

Hey Richard. Avoid the fiber pills. The pills don't do the trick. Only use the fiber powder.

I got lost trying to find the free report. Was it the initial letter you sent about fish oil and fiber. I tried to find the report which was to appear after I ordered it. I tried about four times. for which I apologize. I am feeling better and I will continue with it indefinitely. Thank you for the information. I am sending your letter to my two brothers who also have acid reflux.
You are a godsend.

She writes Thu, June 26, 2008 1:26 am: hi joe i would really love to ask you about my problem and if your product could work for me .i have had 80%of my stomach taken out due to incurable ulcers and have had problems ever since(that was two ops in the space of four years) i had a barium meal yesterday and was told it was my reflux not letting the food into the remaining of my stomach (due to massive wieght loss) lack of energy continious sickness and heartburn my food stays stuck for approx 4 mins till i have to make myself vomit.i am now waiting on surgeons to see what else they can do for me but would prefer your advice and help rather than more surgery.? thanking you dawn ******.

My reply: Hi Dawn. I'm not a doctor so I can't tell you what you should or shouldn't do. I might be able to make some friendly suggestions.
First, my formula does utilize fish oil. I have surmised that the fish oil aids acid reflux sufferers with digestion and lubrication of the esophagus and other gastrointestinal structures.
So. It might help you quite a bit to start taking fish oil. It sounds like that might do you some good.
My entire formula including fish oil and fiber might help with your GERD as well, but I can't stress the following enough - please talk to your doctor before trying my formula to see if he/she thinks it won't do more harm than good considering all the surgeries and other issues you have had.
So if you haven't already, input your email address into the auto responder on the home page of my website and it'll send you the formula. www.freeheartburnrelief.com Then ask your doctor if they think it's okay for you to try the formula, and then see if it works.
My guess is that no matter what, you need A LOT more fish oil or nutritional oils in your system. And with the fiber it may actually eliminate your GERD completely.

Please keep me updated as to your progress, Dawn. Stay in touch, send me an email periodically (ask questions if you have them). I'd love to know whether things improve for you. And I'll help any way that I can.

She asked: Do you have to take them both around the same time each day? Or can you spread them?

My reply: You can take them any time of day, so long as you do take them both every day. The fiber may make you go to the bathroom 8-10 hours after taking it. Everybody's different so maybe not. Let me know how you're feeling after you've tried it for a while. If you have any other questions, just let me know.
